We want to ensure that your new bed gets to you in one piece so all of our stock beds and mattresses come securely packaged in double wall cardboard and plastic wrapping.

For a small extra charge we can offer a Saturday delivery. Our customers can choose a Saturday delivery right up to 3pm on Friday and our courier company will delivery your new bed usually before 1pm.

On divan beds and mattresses we offer a removal and recycle service. Old beds will be removed from your property when your new bed is delivered. the old bed will be properly recycled with the materials either been used in the production of new beds or recycled and used in formats.

If there's no one at home when we deliver, in most cases we can leave items with a neighbour or in a safe place. If so, we'll ask for special delivery instructions during checkout. We'll also leave a card to let you know where we've left your items.

For larger items we offer an express bed delivery service. With this service we can request a 2 man white glove delivery. This service ensures your bed will be delivered into a room of choice for you and a 3-4 hour delivery slot can be organised for you on the day of delivery. We can even arrange for the driver to call you 30 minutes before arrival to make sure you will be in when the delivery driver arrives.
