i recently bought a cumfilux duo firm spring mattress (king).
I need to know if i cause damage to my mattress by been layed on a bed frame above another mattress. Please can you advise me
I bought a Cumfilux single bed from Tesco Direct and withing a fortnight the springs were bulging through the mattress and digging into my sides and back. Tesco refused to give me another mattress, but offered to take the bed back and give me a refund.
This would have meant me being without a bed while I was waiting for the refund being credited back to my account.
I wrote to Cumfilux to complain about this trashy bed I had been sold, and they didn’t even have the courtsey to reply
