Tesco refused to give me another mattress, but offered to take the bed back and give me a refund. This would have meant me being without a bed while I was waiting for the refund being credited back to my account. I wrote to Cumfilux to complain about this trashy bed I had been sold, and they didn't even have the courtsey to reply I bought a Cumfilux single bed from Tesco Direct and withing a fortnight the springs were bulging through the mattress and digging into my sides and back.
