Founded in 1926 by Dunlop in Birmingham Dunlopillo have grown into one of the worlds best known bedding brands, along with its sister company Slumberland they make up Hilding Anders PLC

Dulpillo latex foam was originally invented in 1929 by Mr E A Murphy who currently worked for Dunlop at the time, he discovered by taking the milky white liquid of a mature rubber tree and blending it with a synthetic latex, using the the now famous Talalay production process, the end result was a latex block with perfect density and support to be launched into the bedding market.

The latex used in Dunlopillo beds offers many great qualities over existing sleep technology. The latex material used is very resilient and has long lasting support, the structure of the foam is open cell, and this is created by the Talalay latex production process and means the foam has better breathability and can dissipate body moisture keeping the mattress fresh and dry. Latex is also hypo-allergenic and antibacterial so it especially aids people with asthma and repertory problems.

There are no subsidiary fillings within a Dunlopillo latex mattress which means it will never loose its shape or need to be turned and independent support means any movement on the mattress will be contained to that area.

Dunlopillo have created a premier range of beds in this years collection called the Luxury Latex Collection. Every model in this range has the added benefit of moisture management technology which further helps to improve air circulation throughout the mattress. Dunlopillo have also introduced the Coolmax breathable stretch covers to this range which help regulate your body temperature as you sleep. All divan sets in this range come with storage and comfort options and feature 100% Talalay latex.

The posture pocket latex collection by Dunlopillo offers the combination of traditional pocketed springs along with a generous layer of Talalay latex, to further enhance this, luxurious fillings including wool, silk and cashmere are used to give the ultimate surface feel

Each Dunlopillo bed comes with a five year product guarantee in which Dunlopillo will either repair or replace any faulty or materials or poor workmanship.
