The website bedstar.co.uk was established in 2004. The website was set up as
a direct result of a large demand for competitively priced branded goods for beds
and matresses. It was seen as an opportunity for the North Yorkshire based business,
established in 1963, to evolve and supply goods nationally.

Is there a showroom
YES- the showroom is located within Woodwards, Chapel showrooms, 98 High Street,
Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. Please be aware not all products on the website
will be displayed on the showroom floor and it would be advised to contact us
first to find out what products are currently on display.

There are two simple ways for you to place an order. You can either do this online,
using the secure shopping cart system, or you can call our designated sales team

We have contracted with Furniture Logistics, the UK's number 1 white glove delivery
service to make the majority of our deliveries. However, for local deliveries
within a 40 mile radius of Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, we will use our own
delivery team.

Delivery charges vary depending upon the purchase order. We offer free delivery
on certain orders over a specified amount. Please either consult "Deliveries"
on the website or contact a member of our sales team on 0870 232 5550 for delivery
charges.

We do not deliver outside of the UK.

We will aim to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible and following
an order we will provide you with an estimated delivery time given by the manufacturer.
We are unable to guarantee delivery times as these are only estimates from the
manufacturers. Our customer service team will keep you up to date with the delivery
progress if time estimates have previously been inaccurate.

For local deliveries, (within a 40 mile radius of Knaresboroug, North Yorkshire),
our sales team will contact you to organise a suitable delivery date.For all other

We have a dedicated buying team securing savings from suppliers. We are able to
provide top quality brands at extremely competitive prices. We aim to pass on
our savings to the consumer.

Once you have received your Product(s) from Bedstar you have 7 days to decide
if you wish to return them.
If you decide you do not want the good(s) delivered for what ever reason you
may return them back to our warehouse. providing you have not used the goods
and returned them back in the original packaging and free of defects then
we will happily refund your money minus any shipping costs back to our warehouse.
You may deliver the goods back to our warehouse for a full refund or if you
would like us to arrange a collection a minimum collection charge of £50
Will be deducted from your credit card refund.
For hygene reasons mattresses that have been slept on will not be accepted
back unless faulty.

to a customers requirements
