Alternatively, if products state a longer guarantee period, this would take precedence over our one-year guarantee. Guarantee periods are clearly visible on all product pages.
Our guarantee commences on dispatch of goods. If your product is damaged in transit then contact a member of our customer services team. Please notify Bedstar straight away if goods are damaged in transit, as this speeds up the returns process and ensures your replacement product can be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe.
