Coronavirus (COVID-19): the actions we're taking to keep you safe

In these unprecedented times we want to let you know we are doing everything possible to support our staff, families, customers and country.

We are open and operating as normal, taking orders and delivering to customers. The current government guidance states that businesses will still be able to take online orders and deliver items to people's homes.

We want to assure you that we’re dedicated to offering the same level of service you’ve come to expect from us over the last 15 years. It’s what we live for and that will not change.

The safety and health of our staff and customers is top priority for us, and we’ve put some stringent measures in place to do our very best to maintain the best possible service, whilst protecting the team and our customers. We’re closely following the NHS and government guidelines.

Here's just a few of the things we're doing

  • Our delivery team are regularly washing their hands
  • To minimise contact during deliveries, we will leave items at your doorstep, rather than coming inside your home
  • We’ve equipped our delivery team with face masks and gloves where available
  • Most of our office-based teams are working from home

1. Can I place an order?
Yes, we are still accepting orders. Online retailers are not affected by the government shut down.

2. Are delivery times affected?
Our teams are working hard to despatch as many orders as possible. We’ve put some stringent safety measures in place to protect our teams which means we may have slightly reduced capacity. As a result, please note that delivery times for some items may be longer than usual, but we’re working hard to despatch all orders as quickly as possible.

3. Is it safe to receive orders?
The risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package is low. To make deliveries as safe as possible, our team are regularly washing their hands and are now operating a doorstep delivery service, where deliveries are not brought inside the home to minimise any risk.

4. Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?
Yes. Drivers have been advised to reduce contact with customers. We are also ensuring our delivery team wear masks and gloves where available.

5. Is it possible to return items?
Yes, you can continue to return items. Due to reduced capacity it may take a little longer than usual, so please bear with us. For information on how to return an item, click here
