In the event that your not happy with your new product or just want to cancel your order? Please follow our guidelines set out below and our customer service team will be happy to help.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

To cancel your order please contact us on 01423 863914 or fill out our cancellation form. Our customer service team will then issue a refund back to your original payment method

Please note however if your cancellation request is made after 12:00PM one day prior to the agreed delivery date, then your goods will have already been dispatched with the courier and your refund will be subject to a return fee which will automatically be deducted from your refund. If the dispatched goods are returned by yourself then a return fee will not be incurred.


How Do I Return My Item?

Were sorry to hear your not happy with your new product! If you would like to request a return please fill in our return form and we can get this arranged for you.

For a return to be accepted please make sure the following are true:

  • You have contacted us with 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unused, unassembled, and still within its original packaging.
  • The item has not been slept on.

Once our customer services team has approved the return, you can either send the item(s) back to our distribution depot using your own courier or we can arrange for our partnered courier to collect the item and return it to our depot.

The fee for returning the item(s) with our courier is based on the weight and size of the item(s) been returned. Once your return has been approved our customer services team will then advise on the cost.


What if My Item Is Damaged / Faulty On Arrival ?

Please report any damages or faults to the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. You can do this by contacting us on 01423 863914 or filling out our online support form

What If I Have Items Missing From My Delivery?

If for any reason you have items missing from your delivery please contact us with 14 days of receiving your goods. Please fill out our support form and our customer services team will look to resolve this for you as soon as possible.


When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your items have been safely returned to our distribution depot and inspected, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method minus any collection charges if applicable. Please allow 3-5 working days from when the items have been returned to us, for the refund to show back in your account.
