Bed arrived on time, delivery was well tracked and communicated well delivery guys were helpful. I ordered the velvet fabric, to be honest I couldn't tell you the difference between that and chenille. Chrome feet are in fact silver plastic feet. And the linking brackets are not chrome effect mine were a gold colour. No assembly instructions came with the bed, however it is all pretty self explanatory although I did wonder what the wood cylinders were for about 2 minutes.

Advantages: Large storage space with easy access. Main advantage for me was having a Kingsize bed with storage that didn't take up unnecessary room which a divan provides.

Disadvantages: As of yet no real disadvantages however be careful when assembling the bed as with no weight on the base the bed platform pops up quite powerfully so be aware.

It brightens up my room and can use the huge storage space for my out of season clothes, Finally my husband is pleased as he does not need to take all these bags of clothes to the attic. Got all the information I needed by email.
