the mattress was delivered on time. I was sent an text a day before to confirm the tday and time of delivery , and also two email confirming my payment. , I contacted customer services to double check the day and time they were very polite ,
The mattress was delivered by three men two carrying the mattress. And one holding the handheld computer for me to sign , the mattress is covered in two thick plastic protectors. Which took a pair of scissors to open it , I ordered the super king mattress firm. , I don't think I could have got a better price anywhere else. , it is well made and very comforble to sleep on , some firm beds are too firm and hard. But this one has a balance. Of firm and soft on top were you lay so it does not feel like your laying on cardboard if that makes sense , I would have to recommend. This seller I am truly happy with my purchase
