Synopsis: I'm not happy with my product what do i do?

If your not happy with your product for any reason we offer a no hassle 14 days return policy.

Bedstar will be happy to accept returns of any item as long as the following terms are met:

1. You have notified our customer services department that you would like to return the item within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

2. The item has not been used in any way and remains in its original packaging.

Once Bedstar has agreed to the return we will arrange for our couriers to collect the item on a day that is convenient for you. The couriers can take up to 7 days to return the item to our warehouse at which point a full refund will be made on the product minus the cost of the delivery charged by the courier.

The cost of the return delivery can vary on the product due to its size and weight but normally would include a fee of between 30.00 - 50.00. At the time the return is agreed, Bedstar will instruct the customer of the fee prior to the courier been arranged for collection.
