We offer a 3-4 hour timed delivery slot which will be communicated to you via email and SMS the day before the planned delivery date
Our professional delivery team will take your product to a designated room of your choice. (please note if delivery is to a high level apartment, then a lift will need to be accessable for items as the couriers can only take the item to a maximum 3rd floor level without lift access)
For a small surcharge you can select a delivery slot that it more convenient to fit with your schedule
Our delivery team will contact you with a courtesy call 1 hour prior to delivery.
For a small charge Have your old bed or mattress removed at the same time your new one is delivered. All collected items are recycled.
If you are applying for finance please be aware Bedstar can only deliver your item(s) to the address specified on the finance agreement.
If your items are eligible and you have selected a next day delivery service at the checkout, Bedstar can only dispatch the item(s) once we have received the signed agreement from V12 retail finance. Please be aware this can sometimes cause a delay. If this is the case we will contact you immediately to arrange a further suitable day for delivery.

Have been trying to find this bed for ages after seeing it in a magazine, so pleased i waited the bed looks superb
What we like about this is the practically of it. Once put together it offers a great storage solution. It was a little fiddly to put together and the instructions could be better.
Solid bed the under mattress storage is massive deep enough for mens high leg boots for example. The struts and the whole action... Yeah feels reasonably solid. The fabric is nice.
Nice product looks stylish easy assembling until you get to the fitting of the mental frame Instruction are a little vague but you can kinda guess with pictures but overall good product
This bed was a really good buy. Its strong and its sturdy. It feels like it should cost more money than it actually did. We did not buy a mattress with it so cannot comment on that

I couldnt be happier with this bed and I couldnt believe how good it is for the price. It took two of us a couple of hours to build and the instructions were good and all the bits present. Really sturdy absolutely no creaks or squeaks. The grey material looks good and looks hard wearing too. Loads of space underneath Im struggling to fill it!
Excellent quality bed for the money. Only tricky part of construction requiring 2 people was to attach the otterman frame to the up down brackets. Sprung slats a doddle to install. Useful storage space under the whole of the bed easily & effortlessly accessed with gas struts.
This is a fabulous bed the storage underneath is the whole space of the bed so can fit loads!! My daughter is only young and can easily get the bed up and down without help so this is a bonus.
