Good quality wood and fittings. Easy to build. Instructions could have been a bit more thorough (it is just four pictures). But for anyone used to building furniture it is easy. Make sure you have a good quality screwdriver for the slats!

Bed frame is quite sturdy but difficult to put together as the pre-drilled holes did not all match up. Overall reasonably happy with the bed. As for the customer service - in one word - disappointing. After having ordered this bed the wrong size was delivered which we didn't realise as the size difference was only 6 inches, until we spent 2 hours putting it together. On contacting the company, they asked me to fill in an online customer support form enclosing pictures - another time consuming job for something which was their fault - and only then did they arrange for delivery of the correct size. But we were then told to re-package the incorrect bed in the original packaging - not easy when we had to cut the packaging off the original bed - and keep it ready for collection. And then they have the cheek to say if the bed wasn't ready for collection, they MAY charge me £46 for re-collection!! Astounding..... All in all, including the phone calls and the emails and the time spent putting up and taking down the wrong bed, this took up at least 8 hours of my time!!! Then there was no offer of any compensation, and on asking about this, I was offered 5% of a future order!! If I ordered a similar bed that amounts to £9!!!!!!! I will NEVER use this company again!!!
