The Sleepeezee G2, G3, and G4 are part of Sleepeezee’s G-Memory Collection, a hybrid mattress range made in Britain (Rochester, to be exact).

The most significant difference between them is their firmness level, which means they have different compositions and support levels. However, each mattress uses graphite memory foam to enhance breathability.

Sleepeezee G2

• Price: £789 (king size).
• How it sleeps: The G2 offers robust support in all sleeping positions, with just enough cushioning to squish into.  

The Sleepeezee G2 is a medium-firm mattress for back and occasional side and front sleepers. It has 2,200 SoftTech and traditional pocket springs for deep support and motion isolation.

The medium-firmness rating suits back sleepers because it keeps the spine flat and neutral. Side sleepers can also enjoy it, although people weighing less than 180 lbs might find the surface too firm.

You get 20mm of graphite memory foam and a pillowtop with a soft polyester comfort layer that further boosts breathability.

Sleepeezee G3

• Price: £949 (king size)
• How it sleeps: The G3 is squashier and more cushioned than the G2, offering better comfort for side sleepers.

The Sleepeezee G3 is a medium mattress for side and occasional back sleepers. It is thicker than the G2 (28cm vs 25cm) and has a more substantial memory foam layer and more springs for greater comfort.

The G3 has 3,200 SoftTech and traditional pocket springs (1,000 more than the G2) and a 40mm graphite memory foam layer (20mm more than the G2). This adds up to make the G3 a softer and more comfortable mattress.  

We recommend the Sleepeezee G3 to side sleepers, occasional back sleepers, and any sleepers who weigh less than 190 lbs.

Sleepeezee G4

• Price: £1,099 (king size)
• How it sleeps: Sleeping on the G4 is like sleeping on a cloud, with the soft, pliable surface cocooning you in fluffy goodness.  

The Sleepeezee G4 is a medium-soft mattress best for side sleepers, people with muscular pain, and people weighing less than 140 lbs. At 31cm, it is the thickest mattress in the range, and at £1,099 for a king, also the most expensive.

The G4 has two 30mm layers of graphite memory foam (60mm total) and 4,200 SoftTech and pocket springs – 1,000 more than the G3 and 2,000 more than the G2. This gives the G4 a cloud-like feel, perfect for those who love cloud-like sleep. 

We recommend the G4 to people under 140 lbs and side sleepers. It’s too soft for people weighing over 180 lbs (the G3 is a better choice) but works well for people who want to sink into their mattress.

Common technologies and features

The Sleepeezee G series share the following technologies and features:

• Graphite memory foam. A polyurethane foam mixed with graphite opens the foam’s pores to enhance breathability.
• SoftTech springs. Low-profile ‘micro-pocket’ springs take up around a third of the space of traditional pocket springs.
• Damask outer cover. A hypoallergenic outer surface made from cotton with a tufted texture for a luxurious finish.
• Pillowtop. An additional comfort layer above the memory foam is filled with polyester fibre, a breathable and hypoallergenic material.
• No turn configuration. The G series never needs turning. Rotate the mattress after thirty days to even out the wear.
• They are made in the UK. All Sleepeezee mattresses are made in the company’s Rochester factory in Kent.
• Ten-year guarantee. All mattresses in the Sleepeezee G-Memory collection have a ten-year guarantee which you register online.
