Return Questions
To cancel your order please contact us on 01423 863914 or fill out our returns form on the button below. Our customer service team will then issue a refund back to your original payment method.
Please note however if your cancellation request is made one day prior to the agreed delivery date, then your goods will have already been dispatched with the courier and your refund will be subject to a return fee which will automatically be deducted from your refund.
If the dispatched goods are returned by yourself then a return fee will not be incurred.
If the original order contains any free promotional item(s), these item(s) must also be returned.
We will only refund the full delivery charge if the whole order is damaged or faulty. In cases such as parts missing or faulty we would look to replace and deliver these promptly to you.
If you wish to return an item once you have received it, then we will require images of the item all packaged and sealed up otherwise we will not be able to arrange the collection or accept the goods back.
If we arrange to collect the goods on your behalf, it will incur a return collection charge. Please contact the team on the button below.

Were sorry to hear your not happy with your new product! If you would like to request a return please fill in our return form and we can get this arranged for you.
For a return to be accepted please make sure the following are true:
- You have contacted us with 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused, unassembled, and still within its original packaging.
- The item has not been slept on.
Once our customer services team has approved the return, you can either send the item(s) back to our distribution depot using your own courier or we can arrange for our partnered courier to collect the item and return it to our depot.
Terms & ConditionsThe fee for returning the item(s) with our courier is based on the weight and size of the item(s) been returned. Once your return has been approved our customer services team will then advise on the cost.
All products returned must, when received back to us, be in their original re-saleable condition. Deductions from any refund may be made by Bedstar for any excessive handling, such as: the disposal of the product’s original packaging, or where an item has been partially/fully built. Please be aware that if you wish to return an item once you have received it, then we will require images of the item all packaged and sealed up otherwise we will not be able to arrange the collection or accept the goods back.
Please note we do not accept returns outside of the dates stated in our returns policy
We will need to know your order number, the product name and size of the model you are returning and the date you ordered.
If you wish to return your mattress simply because it does not meet your personal expectations, e.g. the mattress is too soft or too firm for you, and you would like it collecting a minimum collection fee of £40.00 will be applicable. Please contact the team via the button below to discuss any return costs.

Please keep the item safe and protected as it's your responsibility until it has been returned.
Items can be returned to us directly or you can request for a collection to be made by our courier company. Any collections will incur a charge.
Damages to the product or its original packaging may affect the refund if the reason for returning the item is that it is unwanted.
Collections from customers are available Monday – Friday and are an all day service. Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Should you decide you don't want to keep your mattress. It must remain sealed within it's packaging. If it has been slept on or the item has been unsealed you will lose the right to cancel, due to health protection or hygiene reasons. If the mattress is vacuum packed you will need to repackage the item/s. We can arrange to send packaging out, but there would be a charge for this. Please contact the us via our the button below.

You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package once your return has been accepted. We will not accept any items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return.
The last thing we want is for your new bed or mattress to develop a fault or arrived damaged. In the unlikely event that this does happen, our Customer Service Team are on hand to help get it sorted. It is useful to know that sometimes products can appear to be faulty when they are actually doing their job, or perhaps just need a little care.
For example mattresses are designed to settle or dip slightly in the area you sleep the most.
The layers and fillings are simply responding to pressure point areas and providing support where you need it. Our mattress care guide explains this in more detail. Squeaky bed frames can often be fixed by checking and tightening fixings.
If you do receive damaged, or incorrect goods, please make sure to keep the item unused and within its original packaging. Returning products that have been used, or missing packaging could affect your chances of an exchange/refund.
We advise all customers to check their items before signing for the delivery. If you notice any damage or the goods are incorrect, please refuse the delivery and contact us as soon as possible either by telephoning us on 01423 863914 or via the button below. If the goods have been signed for please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this for you.

If for any reason you have items missing from your delivery please contact us with 14 days of receiving your goods. Please fill out our support form and our customer services team will look to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
Refund Questions
Once your items have been safely returned to our distribution depot and inspected, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method minus any collection charges if applicable. Please allow 3-5 working days from when the items have been returned to us, for the refund to show back in your account.
