We can only deliver to UK mainland addresses.
Our couriers can only deliver to UK mainland addresses, however we can deliver to any freight forwarding company based in the UK, who can then transport items anywhere in the world. The customer would need to organise onward travel once our couriers have delivered.
Some postcodes carry a surcharge which is automatically added at checkout after you enter your delivery details.

With our next day delivery service, most items can be delivered as soon as tomorrow if ordered before 12 noon, or choose any available date in the next 30 days. Items that need manufacturing will show an approximate lead time on the product page.
Our standard delivery service operates between 7am – 9pm Monday – Sunday with an approximate 3-hour time slot. Certain timed slots can be selected at checkout for a surcharge depending on your postcode. Time slots are an approximation only.
You will normally receive an SMS/email the evening prior advising your estimated 3-hour delivery slot. The courier will also try to contact you 30–60 minutes before arriving on the day. All time slots are an estimation only and cannot be guaranteed, which is why we advise treating delivery as an all-day service. If you need a guaranteed time slot, please choose one of our premium delivery services if available for your postcode.

Some items are sent directly from supplier warehouses via third-party couriers, which may result in separate deliveries.
We strongly advise you to be at home once a time slot has been provided, as we are unable to change it. If you are not home when the delivery team arrives, the item will be returned to the local depot. Redelivery is subject to a minimum charge of £40.00.
Yes, we offer a Monday–Sunday delivery service. A surcharge of £25.00 applies for weekend deliveries, available at checkout subject to postcode availability.
For smaller items we use a one-man service which delivers to the front door only. For larger/heavier items our two-man premium service delivers to a room of your choice and requires a signature. If your item qualifies for the 2 man service you can select delivery options at checkout.
We always aim to group items into one delivery. However, to ensure a next day service we may occasionally split deliveries, meaning items arrive the same day from multiple couriers.
We don't offer assembly, but we recommend Screwdriver Flatpack Assembly. Call 0800 454 828 / 0118 948 4400 for a quote.

Customers should assume the delivery vehicle will be a long heavy goods vehicle — approximately 16.5 tonnes and 14'3" in height. Please ensure the vehicle has legal access to your property and inform us of any restrictions, weight limits, or difficult access points.
Bedstar and contracted deliverers will not remove existing furniture or take away old items unless the disposal service has been purchased. The customer is responsible for clearing passageways and rooms prior to delivery. Bedstar will not accept liability for any damage caused while assisting with delivery at the customer's request.
We offer free standard delivery on orders over £299.00. Orders under £299.00 are subject to a charge of £15.00.
All times are approximate. You will normally receive an email/text the evening before with an estimated 3-hour slot. Premium timed delivery services are available at checkout if available for your postcode:
- Mon–Sun 8am–12pm: £25.00
- Mon–Sun 12pm–9pm: £25.00
- Mon–Sun 6pm–9pm: £30.00

If your item is not in stock, the product page will show an approximate supplier lead time. Please allow up to 3–5 working days for delivery from our warehouse after the item arrives. Remote areas may take longer. Call 01423 863914 for further advice.
We will never arrange a delivery without confirming the date with you first. Once your item is ready for dispatch, either we or our contracted delivery service will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date.
