We offer a 3-4 hour timed delivery slot which will be communicated to you via email and SMS the day before the planned delivery date
Our professional delivery team will take your product to a designated room of your choice. (please note if delivery is to a high level apartment, then a lift will need to be accessable for items as the couriers can only take the item to a maximum 3rd floor level without lift access)
For a small surcharge you can select a delivery slot that it more convenient to fit with your schedule
Our delivery team will contact you with a courtesy call 1 hour prior to delivery.
For a small charge Have your old bed or mattress removed at the same time your new one is delivered. All collected items are recycled.
If you are applying for finance please be aware Bedstar can only deliver your item(s) to the address specified on the finance agreement.
If your items are eligible and you have selected a next day delivery service at the checkout, Bedstar can only dispatch the item(s) once we have received the signed agreement from V12 retail finance. Please be aware this can sometimes cause a delay. If this is the case we will contact you immediately to arrange a further suitable day for delivery.
