Kingsize Upholstered Beds

A kingsize bed and mattress are designed to accommodate two people, allowing plenty of room and providing people taller than 190cm with more space. Measured in metric units, a king size bed and mattress is 150cm wide and 200cm long. Converted to imperial units, a king size bed and mattress is 5 feet wide and 6 feet 6 inches long. A standard ‘King Size’ (5’0”) bed includes a longer length than the standard ‘double’ bed and mattress - 6’6” instead of 6’3”.


Our fabric upholstered beds offer the latest in design and style with a vast collection of colour choices now available. Optional ottoman storage also allows storing items in the base of the bed for a clutter free room. Many of our fabric beds are in stock for next day delivery if required.

What fabrics do your upholstered beds come in?

Our fabric upholstered beds come with an almost limitless range of colours and sizes, which allows you to match your bed with any existing furniture or curtains. Most of the established manufacturers on our site use high-quality chenille, leather, or micro-suede to upholster a fabric bed frame to provide that extra level of security and comfort. In recent times, velvet has also become popular, allowing you to add that contemporary feel to your bedroom.

What sizes do you offer?

Bedstar stock a great range of fabric bed frames in super kingsize (6ft), kingsize (5ft), double (4ft 6), small double (4ft), and single (3ft).

Do your upholstered beds have storage options?

Yes, we offer a number of storage options with our upholstered beds including ottoman storage which allows the bed top to lift up revealing ample storage in the base of the bed.
