Kingsize Low Beds

A kingsize bed and mattress are designed to accommodate two people, allowing plenty of room and providing people taller than 190cm with more space. Measured in metric units, a king size bed and mattress is 150cm wide and 200cm long. Converted to imperial units, a king size bed and mattress is 5 feet wide and 6 feet 6 inches long. A standard ‘King Size’ (5’0”) bed includes a longer length than the standard ‘double’ bed and mattress - 6’6” instead of 6’3”.

A floor bed is placed directly on the floor, without the use of a traditional bed frame or elevated support structure. Instead of being raised off the ground, the mattress or sleeping surface is placed directly on the floor. Ideal for the minimalist look or attic rooms with low ceilings
