It took hours to put together but easy enough to do, the diagrams on the instructions need to be clearer. We needed some extra washers but had extra screws, wooden slats etc. left over. You need a very big area to put it together.

I've just taken delivery of this bed and I'm a little disappointed. I paid £10 extra for sliders instead of castor and they have just sent blocks of wood for the feet. The centre strut is of flimsy wood unlike my current bed which is made of metal and therefor stronger. The measurement of the headboard advertised is not accurate as the delivered one appears to be 10cm shorter. I wouldn't say this bed is particularly good value for money compared to other sites and where I was going to purchase a matress from same company I will now look elsewhere! Delivery was on time with good tracking. The bed has not been assembled yet if there are problems I will be contacting bedstar!
