We purchased this item just over a month ago. Initially we thought the item was okay standard quality for the price but did the job. This morning whilst literally lying still in bed we heard an almighty crack and discovered the central rail had basically split in 2.Contacted customer services and although a quick response we have been told we cannot fix or replace the item until they have assessed the photos. Not entirely sure what they will be able to do before we need to sleep again given a replacement wouldn't arrive today and we cannot take the bed apart or move the mattress onto the floor.

We have had this bed frame for a few weeks now and overall its been a good purchase Putting it together took a bit of time but nothing too complicated Once everything was tightened the frame felt stable and well supported There is no creaking during the night and the bed feels secure The design looks great in the bedroom and suits the space nicely the wooden slats give it good support the centre bar stops any sagging Overall really pleased with it and would recommend it
