Was cautious at 1st with a online order of something you cant see... took the plunge anyway... updates from the courier company showing how many drops and a call 30 minutes before delivery. All easy for me to carry on my own up 2 floors. Unpacked it placed the headboard and sides in place took a quick look at the instruction pictures to get the components right and I was done on my own in 1h30mins tops. Very simple if you think about what your doing. Very sturdy gas struts are perfect. Looks good and does the job for little money. Everything from beginning to end worked out great.
