Minor issue with one of the silver caps on the headboard was damaged on opening however a quick phone call and email showing the damaged part sorted it out. Super quick response and all sorted within 48 hrs the part had been replaced. Good sturdy bed.

For the price, this is such a great bed. I was able to put it up on my own very easily, even when two people are suggested. It's a perfect size for my bedroom and the height of the legs leaves plenty of room for storage underneath. I was worried about how sturdy it would be, but it has been brilliant so far with no issues. This bed is highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with the product I received and the service from Bedstar. I ordered an bed and received two different parts. I contacted Bedstar about this problem and found them to be incredibly unhelpful and quite rude. I will not be ordering from bedstar again and shall be sure never to recommend them.
