We purchased this item just over a month ago. Initially we thought the item was okay, standard quality for the price but did the job. This morning whilst literally lying still in bed we heard an almighty crack and discovered the central rail had basically split in 2. Contacted customer services and although a quick response we have been told we cannot fix or replace the item until they have assessed the photos. Not entirely sure what they will be able to do before we need to sleep again given a replacement wouldn't arrive today and we cannot take the bed apart or move the mattress onto the floor.
