Superfast delivery quicker than I thought it would be friendly delivery drivers lovely bed. One star taken off due to no instructions but friendly customer service team sorted this quickly! slight mark on the fabric but can't be seen so I dont mind too much. Would definitely recommend regardless of the slight issues.

The tv base is the heaviest part but we had no issues getting everything up steep and narrow stairs. I assembled the bed on my own but 2 people is recommended. Instructions parts and fittings are very clear. The motor lift for the TV is very quiet too.
