I love the bed. But I was not pleased with the shipping And handling of the product. The box was torn open all the way on one side and had a couple Of ripped places in it Plus one corner of bed fram platform Part is broken. You can see in photo that the corner is bent down.

I love this bed it is so comfortable and is great for sitting up and/or putting your feet up. The only thing that you dont get is instructions for the remote which is really straight forward by the way but i do not know how to set the memory buttons and after i spoke to the sales people they stated they would get the manufacturer to send me the instructions but i have not received them and yes by the way i have searched and looked on youtube but the remote isnt there.
