Instructions that were quite simple to follow & all the parts were marked with identifiable marks. What I did use in addition and should be in the description is some wood glue in the assembly as there were many dowel & screw assembly joints which I believe strengthened this assembly.

The bed was delivered without some of the hardware/assembly instructions. But on contacting the seller a full set of hardware was shipped and assembly instructions emailed. Grandson highly delighted with his new bed. Which is sturdy, easy to assemble and good value for money.

This is a really good sturdy bed and looks good too. Drawer underneath is a useful feature. Delivery was quick and well communicated

Great bed. We looked at other cheaper alternatives and even purchased 1 for half the price elsewhere, but the quality compared to this bed didn't even come close. Buy cheap and buy twice as the saying goes! Save yourself the hassle of returning a cheaper low quality bed (like we did!) And just buy this one!

Since placing my order for a bundle deal for kids triple sleeper Artizan bunk bed with GILTEDGE BUNK BED VALUE mattresses on this website I have experienced THE MOST APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE. <EOL> <EOL>1. On the day of the delivery, I received mattresses but no beds and only when I called the company to Enquire about the delivery of the beds I was told, there were problems with the delivery van and therefore the delivery couldn't take place on that day. Imagine my surprise when within an hour after that I had a buzz on the door with the DELIVERY OF THE BEDS!!! According to the delivery driver they had no issues with the van and he didn't know anything about any delay. Great! As a customer what else you want? Order delivered on time! <EOL>2. However, when I looked at the mattresses that I received I realised they were NOT THE ONES I ACTUALLY ORDERED!! When I rang back the customer services they insisted I received the right products. Now, since I placed and received my order I am battling with the company as they have amended the GILTEDGE mattresses they originally had on their website as part of the bundle deal to the MAESTRO mattresses I received. The problem is I do have a written confirmation from the above named and shamed Simone Fahe confirming that in fact the mattresses I were to receive were the Giltedge bundle deal bunk bed mattresses and not the STAR ULTIMATE Maestro as they are now advertising them on the website!! However, still no action has been taken as to resolve the issue. <EOL>3. I will be taking this matter with Trading Standards as this is absolutely outrageous and clearly the company is a bunch of crooks who disregard any consumer rights policy. <EOL>4. Furthermore, I have images of what the mattresses in question looked like on the website BEFORE I raised the issue and the images of the new Maestro mattresses being later swapped with Giltedge under the same selling conditions. <EOL>5. Anyone, with common sense and after a bit of browsing on the website would be able to see that their so-called current bundle deal offering 20% off mattresses if bought together with the Artizan three sleeper bed IN FACT NOT A DEAL AT ALL! if you are to buy the whole lot as a bundle you end up paying £660 allegedly saying £40 on mattresses. Although if you are to just pop the same mattresses per item in your basket you will end up paying £178 ( and not £200 as advertised as part of the deal, so you are NOT SAVING £40. It is a proper rip off and misleading deliberately done by the company. This could be easily traced by the product codes for actual pricing: SKU71364 - £ 79.00 ( for a single size) / SKU76006 - 99.00 ( for a double size) <EOL> <EOL>I have never come across any website or store that would go to great lengths at trying to rip off their customers and do all sorts of crookery to cover up their actions, including fiddling with the contents of the website between the order was placed and received. Getting through to store manager is mission impossible. So far I have dealt with Simone Fahe, Beth Thomas and Stephen Bell customer service representatives and according to my last phone call on 30 December with Simone Fahe any complains should be emailed to their support@bedstar.co.uk email and you should expect the answer to your query within 14 days. The store manager Christina Rickards is NOT AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO OVER THE PHONE and my last email to their support team have not even been acknowledged! All I want is the mattresses I received returned at the company's expense and the money to be refunded IN FULL back into my account. I am not going to pay £40 delivery fee as I was advised in case I no longer want the product. I never want THIS PRODUCT TO START WITH! The order I placed was for GILTEDGE Value bunk bed MATRESSES (PRODUCT CODE BED50462 which has subsequently been taken off the website after I raised the issue ) and not STAR-ULTIMATE MAESTRO MATRESSES !!! Shame BEDSTAR!!
